How to get a quote and place an order?

Getting a quote or placing an order could not be quicker or easier. There are 3 ways:

1. You can go online

If you would like a quote for a product you are interested in, enter your desired product type, quantity and customisation into the instant quote feature on the right of the product page and click ‘Quote Me’ to instantly display your fully inclusive price. Feel free to change your requirements as many times as you like, simply clicking ‘Quote Me’ each time to get a revised quote.

If you would like to buy a product click ‘Buy Now’.  On the next page choose you colours, attach your logo (if you have one), and enter brief customisation details and click “Add to Cart”. Don’t worry about leaving fields blank as we will always contact you to confirm your requirements prior to production. Once added to the cart you will have the option to edit your order details, continue shopping or checkout. To finish placing your order, select ‘Checkout’ and you will be guided through entering your delivery and payment details.

2. You can complete an enquiry form

If you require a formal quote for products with, for instance, other or more complex personalisation requirements than allowable by the instant quote feature or you simply have some questions for us, please complete an enquiry form.  You can access the enquiry form via the 'Contact' link above or using the orange 'Enquire Now' button on any product page.

We almost always get back to customers completing an enquiry form in under an hour.

3. You can call us

Call us on 08455 204040 (UK local call rate) if you have any questions whatsoever, to get an immediate quote or to place an order. You can also email (info@adband.co.uk), fax or post your order requirements to us. 

After placing your order

Once we have received your order request we will always contact you to confirm your specific requirements and offer advice where appropriate. We will then send you an official order confirmation and prepare a visual of your desired product featuring your branding to show you what your finished product will look like. This service is totally free of charge and you can select as many virtual samples as you feel necessary.

Please check your artwork and order details thoroughly and let us know of any discrepancies or changes you would like to make as we can not accept any liability for errors once a job has been signed off. Only once you are completely happy with your product artwork and we have received your signed off approval will we commence production. Please note that we can only confirm the total cost of your order once full order specifications have been finalised and your product artwork has been approved by you. Please also read our terms and conditions of sale that apply to all orders.

We will not usually commence production of your order until we have received payment, so prompt payment is critical to ensure delivery of your goods on time.  Our standard lead time is 2-3 weeks but we can supply some customised items in less than 7 working days and stock items the next working day.
